Round steak – yummy!
1 package of round steak (about two pounds)
1 can 98% fat free or Health Choice cream of mushroom soup
I envelope onion soup mix
Cut round steak into serving size pieces. Heat small amt. of oil in large, covered frying pan. Brown meat on both sides. Mix soups together with about 1/2 soup can water. Pour over round steak. Simmer over low heat for about two hours, until tender, adding more water if necessary. Serve with mashed potatoes. Yummalicious!
