Remoulade (Great dipping sauce for shrimp or to put on fish in place of tartar
3 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp chopped onion (or dried minced onion)
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp grated lemon peel
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp black pepper
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
1. Mix all ingredients in bowl and chill.
2. Serve with shrimp or crab or on top of fish.
