2-3 frozen chicken breasts
1 can black beans (drained)
1 can corn (drained)
1 jar salsa
Place above in crock pot (I often add an extra can of corn or beans to stretch the amount)
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5.
During last half hour of cooking increase heat to high and place one package cream cheese (can be low fat) on top of the food.
Stir before serving. We usually serve over rice. Yum!
