{"id":933,"date":"2010-01-21T17:32:23","date_gmt":"2010-01-21T17:32:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bettersfamilyrecipes.com\/?p=933"},"modified":"2010-01-21T17:32:23","modified_gmt":"2010-01-21T17:32:23","slug":"stuffed-peppers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bettersfamilyrecipes.com\/?p=933","title":{"rendered":"Stuffed Peppers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Not a super fast recipe but still delightful in every way if you are up for something a little different and yummy!!! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>      6 Peppers<br \/>\n      1 lb ground meat (whatever your pleasure here &#8211; we used beef)<br \/>\n      One small onion, chopped<br \/>\n      3 or 4 shakes worchestireshire sauce<br \/>\n      1\/2 cup rice (i used instant brown rice)<br \/>\n      1\/2 cup water<br \/>\n      1 can diced tomatoes<br \/>\n      Season Salt, pepper, oregano, basil, garlic (whatever seasonings really)<br \/>\n      1 can tomatoe soup<br \/>\n      1 can bloody mary mix<br \/>\n      Shredded cheese<\/p>\n<p>      Brown the meat and and onions.<br \/>\n      Add the Worcestershire sauce, rice, water, diced tomatoes (with juice) and seasonings. Simmer until rice is tender.<br \/>\n      Preheat oven to 350 degrees<br \/>\n      Bring salted water to boil. Boil peppers (cut off tops and remove seeds) for 5 minutes.<br \/>\n      Set peppers in a baking pan and put a little salt in each.<\/p>\n<p>      Take the full can of tomato soup and mix it with the bloody mary mix (or water if you prefer) until you get a consistency like gravy. Use as much liquid as you prefer.
