{"id":858,"date":"2010-01-19T18:20:14","date_gmt":"2010-01-19T18:20:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bettersfamilyrecipes.com\/?p=858"},"modified":"2010-01-19T18:20:14","modified_gmt":"2010-01-19T18:20:14","slug":"baked-fudge-pudding-super-easy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bettersfamilyrecipes.com\/?p=858","title":{"rendered":"Baked Fudge Pudding (super easy)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In a large casserole dish (at least 2.5 quarts) mix the following:<br \/>\n      1 cup of flour (all-purpose or wheat)<br \/>\n      1\/4 tsp salt<br \/>\n      3\/4 cup sugar<br \/>\n      2 tbl cocoa<br \/>\n      2 tsp baking powder<\/p>\n<p>      Add:<br \/>\n      1\/2 cup milk<br \/>\n      2 tbl vegetable oil (can also use butter or applesauce)<br \/>\n      1\/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)<br \/>\n      Stir until blended to create the &#8220;batter&#8221;&#8211; this will also be the dish you cook it in.<\/p>\n<p>      In another bowl mix:<br \/>\n      1\/2 cup brown sugar<br \/>\n      1\/2 cup white sugar<br \/>\n      1\/4 cup cocoa<br \/>\n      Sprinkle this over the batter in casserole dish.<\/p>\n<p>      Pour 1 3\/4 cup HOT water mixed with 1 tsp vanilla over all the ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>      Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>      The batter bakes and makes a lava-type of dessert.  Gooey chocolatey middle surrounded by cake.
