Mash bananas.  In a separate bowl cream butter, sugar and egg.  Add bananas and stir in remaining ingredients.  Put in a greased bread pan and bake for 1 hour.<\/p>\n<p>      Note:  You can make this with 1 cup white flour and 3\/4 cup whole wheat flour with barely a difference.
